Android & iOS Triple Town Review
Triple Town on Facebook is just so addictive that I pray everyday waiting for the game to be made available at Android or iOS platform. And finally they are here. Trying out both of them today on my iPod Touch and HTC Desire Z, so far didnt see any serious problem yet, but I think the game is not that playable on smaller screen, and some report that older version of iOS devices that dont have retina display will have problem, and they already working to get the fix out.
Gameplay wise, its the same with the facebook version. Touching the screen feel perfectly fine if compared to using a mouse and clicking it. I think I will have lots of fun on my phone whenever I go. And the game work on both orientation of your phone, landscape and portrait, very well done there. Personally, i prefer playing the game on landscape. I think it looked better that way.
If you are new to this game, you can watch the video below and get a good sense of what is the game all about.
Android version do have some problem at the moment according to Spryfox twitter account
@joshuatly Android version has a couple pretty serious bugs that we’re working on right now. If you have both devices, go with iOS for now.

Many had complain that it dont work on different screen sizes. They are working on it, and if you have any problem, can tweet @spryfox as they are interacting with their users there promptly. I got my question answer in no time.
My only complain about the game on both Android and iOS devices that is, I will need to buy the game twice if I got both devices, and want the full game on all of my devices. Well, I guess games nowadays are tied to only one platform (or account) and dont work cross platform, and I had to accept that. Otherwise, Im extremely happy that i can play my favourite casual game at the moment everywhere I go.
One more thing to take note that, one Android version it uses OpenFeint for the leaderboard and achievements features, and on iOS it uses Game Centre. No cross platform compatibility on that side also.
Thats all, and I got to go back to playing Triple Town on my iPod Touch
